Summary

Share Rewards lets a creator route part of their creator earnings to one Twitter handle. Rewards accrue on chain to that handle and can be claimed after the owner verifies the handle.

How it works

  1. Fees create creator earnings Each trade has a 1 percent fee. Fifty percent goes to creators.

  2. Creator sets one handle and share percent In the token dashboard the creator selects a single Twitter handle and a percent of creator earnings to share. The handle is saved as lowercase.

  3. Rewards accrue to that handle As trades happen the handle balance grows. All accruals are recorded on chain.

  4. Handle owner verifies and claims The handle owner links a wallet and proves ownership of the handle. After verification the owner can claim the Claimable amount any time. Lifetime remains as a history counter.

  5. Switching the handle The creator can replace the handle or change the percent. New accruals follow the new handle. Any balance that already accrued to the old handle stays with that handle and can be claimed by its verified owner.

Controls and safeguards

  • Sharing uses only the creator allocation

  • HivePad never holds funds. Claims are executed by the verified handle wallet

  • Events are emitted for every accrual and claim

  • If the handle is unverified the balance continues to accrue and can be claimed after verification

Does claiming reduce Lifetime No. Claiming reduces Claimable only. Lifetime is a running total.
